Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Chocolate Ganache

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • Mini rainbow candy-coated chocolates

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
  • To make the ganache, heat heavy cream until warm but not boiling. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Spread ganache evenly over the cooled brownies, then sprinkle with rainbow candies.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing for the perfect fudgy texture.

Notes

For a unique twist, swap the chocolate ganache for peanut butter drizzle or add chopped nuts for extra crunch!
