These baked cottage cheese chips are crunchy, high in protein, low-carb, and full of flavor. Ideal for snacking, dipping, or topping salads and soups, they’re the perfect guilt-free treat for any time of day.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spoon, place small dollops (about 1 tbsp each) of cottage cheese on the sheet, spaced 2 inches apart. Flatten each into a thin circle.
Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika evenly over the chips. Add optional toppings if desired.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges. Remove from oven and let cool completely to crisp up further.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
