Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Optional Toppings

  • grated parmesan sprinkled on top
  • chili flakes or sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon, place small dollops (about 1 tbsp each) of cottage cheese on the sheet, spaced 2 inches apart. Flatten each into a thin circle.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder and paprika evenly over the chips. Add optional toppings if desired.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges. Remove from oven and let cool completely to crisp up further.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Notes

Tip: Spread the cottage cheese thinly and evenly for optimal crispiness. For an air fryer version, preheat to 350°F and cook for 8–10 minutes in batches.
