  • 1 cup cottage cheese Full-fat or 2% for best texture
  • 2 eggs Large

Optional Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet, forming a thin layer.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a crispier texture, broil the flatbread for 2-3 minutes after baking. You can also add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
