Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Add chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook until browned.
Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of nacho cheese sauce or sour cream. Add the cooked beef, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and jalapeños if using.
Roll the burrito tightly by folding in the sides first, then rolling from the bottom up.
Sprinkle additional shredded cheese onto a heated skillet and place the burrito seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese forms a crispy crust.
