Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 2 oz warm water not boiling
  • 6 oz milk of choice dairy, oat, almond, or coconut
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice honey, agave, or vanilla syrup (optional)
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Sift the matcha powder through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove clumps.
  • Add warm water (not boiling) to the sifted matcha and whisk in a zigzag motion using a bamboo whisk until frothy.
  • If using a sweetener, add it now and mix until fully dissolved.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the milk.
  • Top with the whisked matcha mixture. Stir gently for a layered effect or fully mix for an even blend.

Notes

Use ceremonial-grade matcha for the best taste and vibrant color. Try variations with vanilla extract, honey & cinnamon, or dairy-free options like oat milk.
