3/4cupchocolate milkcold
Cream Layer
8ozcream cheesesoftened
4ozmascarpone cheese
14ozsweetened condensed milk
1tspvanilla extract

Ganache
8ozdark chocolate barchopped
1cupheavy creamfrom the divided amount
Crunchy Topping
2cupsrice cereal or cocoa puffs
2ozsemi-sweet chocolatemelted
3tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Prepare the cake as directed on the box and bake in a 13x9 inch pan. Let cool completely.
Poke holes in the cake using a skewer or fork. Slowly drizzle chocolate milk over the cake and let it soak in.
Beat cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla, and condensed milk until smooth. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and beat to soft peaks. Spread over cake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
