Tiramisu Chia Pudding Base

Instructions
In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, espresso, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
After 10 minutes, stir again to prevent chia clumps.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until pudding-like consistency is reached.
For layered presentation, alternate chia pudding and a dusting of cocoa powder in glasses.
Dust the top with more cocoa powder before serving. Enjoy cold or let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Notes
Customize your pudding by adding berries, coconut whip, or dark chocolate shavings. Adjust sweetness to taste, and stir well to prevent clumps.
